The Duty of our Oath

Restoring the American Republic

I’ve discovered over the years that there seems to be some confusion regarding the duty of those who take the oath of office for our military. Since the very survival of our Republic hinges on our men and women in the military faithfully performing their duty, I believe it is necessary to review that oath and seek to understand its meaning and implications.

The current oath of office for enlisted personnel…

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.” (Title 10, US Code; Act of…

America, Globalism, and Political Parties

Restoring the American Republic

America is defined by the Constitution but every day America looks less and less like that definition. When you look at the government today all you see is graft and corruption, cowardice and fear, complicity and sedition, an evil pragmatism that compromises with the worst kind of evil.

The United States of America became the most innovative and productive republic the world has ever known because our founders had the vision and foresight to trust the desire in man to provide for his own family, pursue his dreams, and live in liberty. America was prosperous because government stayed out of the people’s way and the result was spectacular; so much so that despotic regimes considered us a grave threat to the power and control they exercised over their own people and economies.

Many of those nations, including Britain, have worked behind the scenes on the world stage to attack the…

Enforcement… of our Constitution!

Restoring the American Republic

When peace officers begin actively opposing the unlawful and seditious conduct of their superiors I will consider that real progress in the restoration of the republic. No one is above the law and the Constitution is the Supreme Law of this land and those amendments lawfully attached thereto.

If a judge makes a statement in open court that is contemptuous of his/her oath, the officers witnessing such action should remove the despot from the bench immediately. Such action in open court is the same as a confession of guilt and letting that person continue in that capacity is injurious to the citizens brought before the bench.

The same holds true for Congress. Whenever a representative supports an enemy nation or system on the floor of the house publicly, whether that support is material or moral, is an act of treason defined in Article III, Section 3. They should be summarily…

Faith in our Military

Restoring the American Republic

To many of you, particularly families of active duty military personnel, I wish to explain why I don’t share your faith in our military today. Since Barack Hussein Obama assumed office, they have been obeying the orders of a usurper and protecting him in our White House while he makes a mockery of our Constitution; making him a clear enemy of that Constitution.

Since 2008, Obama has spent millions to prevent the people of this republic from seeing documentation relating to his citizenship and eligibility for the office of President. Too many people, especially in the Democrat Party, believe adherence to the requirements of the Constitution is trivial; something to be set aside to attain something they have determined is more desirable.

When our people enter the military they swear an oath, the oath for enlisted personnel is:

“I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and…

Removing the Sting of Democracy

Once again, Thomas Mick and I agree completely on the subject of the ruination of our Repubic by the confusion caused by the false arguments that Democracy was the dream of the Founders. To the Founding Fathers, Democracy was an evil to be eschewed at all costs; however, ever since about 1860, this once great nation has been operated as a Democracy rather than the Republic it was founded as. And the American people have been much poorer because of the treason committed by our leaders since that time.

Restoring the American Republic

America is not, nor ever has been, a democracy… People saying we are, are either ignorant of the facts or deliberately lying. Nowhere in our founding documents is the word democracy; it isn’t in the Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation, or Constitution, In fact, the Constitution states in Article IV, Section 4:

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence.”

Federalist Paper #10, attributed to James Madison, shows utter contempt for the democratic form of government and reveals that it is the worst form the Convention could have given us…

“From this view of the subject it may be concluded that a pure democracy, by which I mean a society consisting of a small…

A Reason for my Activism

Restoring the American Republic

America was founded as a republic with strict limitations of police power and an emphasis on liberty of the individual. The God-given natural Rights of the people were recognized in law and the Bill of Rights was insisted upon in the first Convention, passed by the first Congress, and ratified by the States on December 15, 1791. All sworn officers of the United States and the states are duty bound to respect and enforce those limitations on government power, no matter how inconvenient they may be to their jobs.

Whenever a law enforcement officer enforces an unconstitutional law it undermines our republic; whittling away at everybody’s liberty, usurping our power, and weakening our republic; this needs to stop and the people need to start insisting that it does.

When I was a little boy in Detroit, Michigan, I remember cops in my neighborhood. The officers were always friendly and gave me the sense…

Making a Stand

Thomas Mick is one of my favorite writers, and — as I too often find when considering a topic to write about for my own blog — I find that Thomas has already written a virtual mirror image of my own thoughts!

Restoring the American Republic

The Federal Government is no longer even pretending to honor the agreement of 1787. The enemies of the republic have reached their end game, infiltrating our institutions to such a level as to render the Constitution impotent by their neglect of it and their wanton disregard for the rule of law, constitutional law. There is no duty of ANY citizen of this republic to obey or respect such usurpers of our Rights and liberty.

We need to stop recognizing the foreign usurper Obama as the President because he isn’t… When he swore into the office on January 20, 2009, he did so knowing that he wasn’t eligible for that office. Furthermore, there are hundreds, if not thousands of people in government that knew Obama wasn’t eligible and still imposed his tyranny on us to further their agenda.

We no longer have a legitimate Federal Government infrastructure and our military no…
